Log-in and general help for this site
First Time Users: If you have recently purchased one
of our distance learning CD ROMs (either single or corporate license) and
have not registered or used this site before, please use the "First
Time Users" function. After registering the CD ROM and personalizing
your classroom, you may use the "Registered User" function for all future
visits.
Registered User: If you have registered and accessed this
site previously, or have purchased additional distance learning CD ROMs
from AIChE (either single user or a corporate license), use the
"Registered User" function to access your personalized classroom. Not
only will this keep your content in one place, it will allow you to use a
single password for all products purchased.
Special Note for Corporate License Holders
To activate your corporate license, use the "First
Time Users" function. The first user is essentially the
"Admin," and with that role, certain responsibilities are
assumed. Upon registration completion, you will notice a special link only
for administrators called "Admin Area."
This area will allow you to add multiple users to your
account based upon your agreement with AIChE. By default, all accounts
start with a single license. You'll need to contact AIChE to increase your license
quantity.
Send an e-mail requesting license upgrades to: cdtech@aiche.org
After receive notification from AIChE, you may add your
users, set up a temporary password, then notify them to use the
"Registered Users" function to access their personal classrooms. They may
change their passwords via the "Change Personal Profile" link.
The Admin may also review all user's exams, date taken and
grades to see how users are progressing.
If you purchase additional distance learning CD ROMs, The Admin
should access via the "Registered User" function and utilize the "register it
under this account" function. This will allow all content to be
located in one place and accessible through one password.
