AIChE Local Section Reporting System

 This new system makes the annual reporting process easier. Local sections can now work on the report incrementally and save changes periodically, instead of having to fill out and submit the report in one sitting. Sections will also enjoy the benefit of a permanent archive of past local section annual reports, which may be especially useful in officer transition(s) and the training of new section leadership.

To use the online report, and to view archives of past reports, you will need the local section's access code. If you do not know your local section code, contact the AIChE local section liaison (localsections@aiche.org). Report Deadline: August 1, 2009

  To start using the report:

  1. Log-in to the system using your access code.
  2. To set-up your report form, enter the name and e-mail address for the person filing out the report.
  3. Click SUBMIT to save this data (and any other information you choose to enter on the form.) Your annual report form is now saved and available for further editing.
  To continue working the report, simply log-in and access the form. Be sure to SUBMIT the latest version of your report each time you stop work.

You may return to the report to revise answers or add information as often as you like, until August 1, 2009. After this deadline, any questions about the annual report should be directed to (localsections@aiche.org).
